I have the app installed on my Samsung Galaxy S6. Is it normal to see live view jump @ 5 seconds ahead ?
By this I mean If I live view any of my cameras the time stamp will pause in time and then jump ahead 5 or 6 seconds then pause and jump ahead. It continually does this. When viewing a person in the frame the video looks choppy.
It doesn't do this through the DVR playback interface via PC.
Please advise.

Are you facing this issue only when you are away from home with the app? If so low network speed on the phone can cause this issue. The upload bandwidth of your network matters too.
We are also investigating this issue where there is lag in live view or no live view at all for a number of customers.

Yes - choppy live view on my smart phone when I'm away. No issues when viewing on my PC on the home network.
