I have 3 cameras and at home they all show up in Surveillance pro...at work, two of them show up.
I have rebooted the camera and have tried adding the device by S/N and i.p. it still does not come online.
I know the password as I am using AMCREST VIEW on my phone and I can see the password in clear text.
Looking for ideas...btw, this worked before I had to reinstall Surv. pro
I know someone has had the same problem....thanks in advance.
