V2.400.AC01.15.R Firmware Changelog

Hi. Possible Melvin can forward my request to Amcrest. I noticed the link to IP3M-943 V2.400.AC01.15.R 07/31/17 changelog is not valid. It says Access Denied. The URL doesn't finish with .txt like it normally does. Even if I change that it doesn't work. I like to read what the new firmware fixes. Thank you.
