Using VLC Player with IP3M-943W

I use VLC Player on Windows 10. What http or rtsp url will connect to my IP3M-943W camera? Username is admin, and the camera runs on TCP port 37772 and UDP port 37773.

The Amcrest Web View program works with this camera, but occasionally crashes. So, I'm hoping VLC works to view the camera's live video.

rtsp://user:pass@<ip>:554 (the rtsp port) if you're hardwired, you should use the multicast ip and port though

i use vlc for my cameras as well
