URGENT Help please: App not displaying wifi cameras in house

I have three 721 wifi cameras, none of the are connecting via the app (iphone and ipad)

I have rebooted the cameras, rebooted the modem, deleted one camera and added as connected and as new, they are listed in the app but no video. Rebooted phone, shut down/restarted phone. Wifi/internet working fine

I uninstalled the ipad app, manually added back the cameras, still no video

I can view all three cameras on my PC via the web

Advice, please: this is my mom's house and she lives alone

Help, I have the same problem too with a pair of ProHD. These cameras are cabled to the router, not wifi. Cameras and android app were working fine this morning, and all of sudden neither will connect. Rebooted everything and confirmed internet is working. What's going on Amcrest?

Same here suspect an amcrest problem. Computer is fine. Cloud is fine

Same problem with P2P but not with local connection. Probably a server down.
