Hello,
I have an IP4M-1025E camera setup via P2P, and am able to access the Live View from an external network via the Amcrest View Pro iPad app version 3.31.0202 without issue. I am not able to connect, however, from the iPhone app version 3.40.0052. I have added the camera via P2P in "Device Manager" and see it listed on the iPhone, but am never able to connect. I see "Failed to connect" in the status bar, but am able to connect via the iPad.
Please Help! Problem has persisted for weeks.
