Two-Prong Cord from 1080P Bullet Camera

Is the second cord for the 1080P bullet camera an audio connection? Is there a way to order these with only the PoE connection? I really could care less about audio. I'm wanting these for outside surveillance cameras. Not interested in the two-prong cord.

One of them is the power cord. Even the POE cams can be powered on with an adapter if needed so they come with a power pin as well but the adapter is not included.
