You can try 713-893-8956. I was able to get through on 888-212-7538. The call center is clearly someplace offshore...I'm guessing Bangalore.

Last resort - you can try dialing from Skype, if you're unable to get through on your cell.

Thx FL Person. I was able to get through on the 713 number. Had most of my issues resolved. Now I just need to figure out how to use the amcrest link app to access my sys with a ip/ddns. If I need to borrow a phone, an ip is alor easier to remember than a UID, ya know?
