try login and get stuck in download loop
When i try to log in it says i need an active x control so i download it and it says to restart browser, i do this and try again and it says i need active x control again over and over and over again, using IE browser

Click on tools in IE menu and ensure that the active X filtering is turned off. You can also try resetting IE to see if thjat works.
