I have the same issue. Spent hours with tmobiles techs, and they said it's the app developer that has the issue :?

This may be of help: T-mobile LTE with IOS 10.2 and carrier profile 27.1 is IPv6 only. IPv4 addresses are not being given to the phones. Used the Hurricane Electric Network Tools to verify this.

This broke the corporate VPN client on iOS. Same client worked fine on WiFi and on other carriers.

Hope this is useful!

Hi everyone,

It would be good to know everyone's iOS version as well as carrier settings version, and perhaps phone model for those who are still having issues even on the latest app.

I actually have T-Mobile as well and utilized our test app before it was released publicly on the app store, previous to the latest app that was released earlier this month, I could not connect using T-Mobile's LTE network connection. Note that this is strictly a T-Mobile related issue, as the way they implemented IPv6 seems to have broken a lot of products that use P2P connectivity, not exclusive to us (Ring, Skybell, as well as others were affected).

The new app seems to work without any issues for me. I am using the following, found in "Settings > General > About":

Version: 10.2 (14C92)
Carrier: T-Mobile 27.1
iPhone Model: 6S

Check the wifi settings on your phone and tablet. It needs to be able to use any network for web traffic, not just wifi. On my android there is a smart network switch check box in the wifi settings. I also use T-mobile.

I am having the same issue. Just bought the camera and already starting to regret this. The camera is great but useless if I can only use it on my wifi at my house.

On an iPhone 7 Plus on T-Mobile with the latest Amcrest app(3.40.0061), latest carrier settings, latest iOS 10.3 (14E277).

PLEEEAAASSEE UPDATE OR CORRECT THIS!

I have the same phone but don't see it working on my wireless network. Is yours still? Are you on iOS10.3?
