Timed snapshot script for webpage

I have two new Amcrest ip cams, 2M842B outdoors. They work great. I also have a webpage to display all my cams ( 4 other Foscams).

I am trying to find a script similar the one I use with the Foscams to refresh a snap shot on the web page every 5 seconds.
