time stamp always reset in the windows app
I'm using the software amcrest surveillance pro on my windows 10 laptop
i have 2 amcrest cameras Amcrest IP4M-1028EW and Amcrest IPM-723
the time stamp on Amcrest IP4M-1028EW always reset to 2000 everytime i need to go to the settings and sync the time via pc how can i fix this issue?

Two things come to mind that might help. First double double check that you are clicking on "Save" after you change anything (that's something I forget to do all the time). Secondly go to the auto maintain settings and uncheck the option to reboot, at least for a while to see if it makes a difference.

about the second suggestion - you mean uncheck the option in the yellow mark ? see attachment

Sadly I have the same issue and found it is caused for me anyway by Cross Connections... For what ever reason anytime I log into something it changes all my Times and Days to what yours is showing... For the longest time it was only 2 cameras out of the 4 Amcrest IP cameras.. Then I made the Mistake of going to my PC with the PC-NVR running and logged into it and found all the Cameras and EVEN my DVR that I have linked to the PC-NVR all changed to the y-m-d and 24hr setting... And there is nothing in there setup to Sync auto... it just does...
Other thing is as stated before on every reboot the Camera resets back to that setup... So now I just deal with it and hope that in the next Update it will be fixed... Doubt it seeing it is on old and New FW alike...
