The backup error occured

I just bought an Amcrest NV2108E NVR and I'm trying to export a video clip to a usb drive but I keep getting an error dialog with "The backup error occurred." A file of 0 bytes is written to the drive.

Anyone facing this issue and resolved?

Hi weegreenblobbie,

Try with an formatted usb possibly in fat32 format.
