System is slow

Why is the system so slow to respond! It was first Amcrest Surveillance Pro and now the mobile app. What is wrong?

Is the system down? Is there a system status?

Very frustrating!

Hello kevinm,

Sorry to hear this. Can you provide more info such as the model of the system you use? Have you tried power recycling the system?
