Surefire way to tap into PoE camera settings

If you have PoE cameras (already installed in high and difficult-to-reach areas) and a PoE NVR, and you would want to tap into your individual camera settings by way of the web browser, the only sure way is to pony up and get an injector. Forget the workarounds (e.g. re-plug router-NVR cable to a PoE port, connect PC directly to NVR thru a PoE port, etc.), which are crap shoot. If you enjoy going back and forth between the menus of your router, NVR and IPConfig tool, by all means knock yourself out. But I will tell you most of the time you will end up with the wrong kind of addresses such as 10.1.1.xxx.

So spare yourself the headaches and guesswork, even if you already have the PoE NVR, get the simplest injector you can find out there just for this purpose alone.
