Hi all,
I logged into my IPM-721 a couple nights ago to review some footage, via the Amcrest Web View Chrome app. I was in "file list" mode, reviewing two particular recordings that were right next to each other on the timeline. A few minutes later, when I went to review those clips again, they had been "replaced" with footage of me, as I originally was viewing the footage (captured by the same 721, that happens to include my PC in it's frame).
I was unable to get the original footage to come back up. Every time I'd click on that particular time segment (let's say 6:30 PM) in the file list, it would play the more recent footage of me setting at the PC at 8:00 PM reviewing the original 6:30 PM footage. Once I click past to the next chunk of time (let's say 6:33 PM), it was back to the actual original footage again.
I hope that made sense. I've never had this happen before. Does anyone have any thoughts on what might be going on? Is there something I could have accidentally done for that original footage to get overwritten?
Thanks!

Strange issue with archived video being overwritten?
Re: Strange issue with archived video being overwritten?
Maybe it was some kind of random timing error because you triggered a motion event at 8pm by being at your pc while doing playback of 6:30pm.
