stopped getting email notifications

Last night emails stopped early pm EST.. Checked everything and all up to date. checked settings all good. I can get emails if I do test email or keep the app for web access open and play with the settings. put back way they were and nothing again. early this morning tried to get on amcrest website and received fatal error message. What's going on?? Please anyone.

Please ensure that the video detection is enabled and 'send email' as well as ' Snapshot' is checked. Also the 'attachment' option under email settings should be checked.

Make sure that the event detection is happening from the Log.
