Stop with the plugins already!

This is getting old. Marketing has us believing that this product works across ALL platforms of browsers. Turns out that Chrome is out, MS Edge is out, Linux of ANY flavor is out, and older MACs aren't compatible. And from what I gather from other forums, Firefox will soon not work. Surely Amcrest could hire some decent talent and support their products. I like the cheap (affordable) system I just got and simply want it to work without so much drama.

I have no luck with Firefox, if I try to view recorded video, it just locks up (not responding) I have to use IE and even that sometimes will do the same. Amcrest pro is quirky. I had it set to log in automatically and I start having the start up screen hang and keep flashing. That stopped when I unchecked the auto log in. It's also a lot different to use and I personally don't care for it so it's IE or nothing for me.
