snapshot to NAS issue

I have an open share on my NAS and I have entered all the right info in the camera yet it won't save snapshots to NAS.

Any tips? It used to work..same nas...same camera..new camera FW

Hello ghctim ,

After firmware update, please do a hard reset on the camera. Reconfigure all the settings and it should work.

just did a factory reset of the camera - reconfigured everything - still doesn't work
