I have alerts set up so I won't need to record 24/7.
Today for example when I had deliveries sent to my house. The email alert that I get sees the person delivering my items, however when I go to review the video, there is no video. Why is that?
May 24, 2017 at 13:03:44, a person delivers a package. I go to the appropriate directory to see the video, however there is no video there. I set it to 5 seconds of pre-record too. There's a video starting from 13:07:02 - 13:10:38.
A 2nd delivery was made by a different courier at 13:23:57. Once again only a screen shot with no accompanying video. The nearest video is 13:24:48 with nothing meaningful in it.
