I have set up a few IP-2M841 cameras at home with no problems and can view and manage them via Mozilla Firefox, IE & Surveillance Pro all on Windows 7 machines. I wanted to try remote viewing away from home (also Windows laptop), but was unable to get Mozilla Web View to work, but was able to get it to work on IE.
I wanted to try Surveillance Pro while away from home, haven't had a chance yet, and wondered if I will need to delete then re-add the cameras manually and make some changes to Surveillance Pro before remote viewing away from home?
Setting Up Surveillance Pro to Use Remotely
Re: Setting Up Surveillance Pro to Use Remotely
Hello LordCambo,
If you have set up port forwarding, you can add the camera with your public ip/ddns and the TCP port of the camera in Surveillance Pro.
