Scheduling Transfer of Files from SD to FTP

We have IP2M-841B cameras at multiple locations, each with a 64GB SD to store recordings. We'd like to be able to pull those recordings down to a central server, but do this at night when our business locations are closed so that we do not compete with business critical devices (computers and VoIP phones) for bandwidth.

Is there a way to schedule a write from the SD card to an FTP location or a way to script a copy from the camera?
