Safe way to shut down IP2M-841?

Is it safe to simply unplug the IP2M-841 while it is running? My concern is that if it's writing to the SD card, the card could become corrupted. I can't find any shut down function within the web UI.

You can just unplug it, However what I do is I reboot the camera manually from inside the cameras WebUI, then once it has started to do the Startup of the camera I remove the power at that time and before the camera starts to record, This will stop current recording as it knows to stop store and reboot..
