Safari & NV4108 Compatibility

I couldn't log into the NV4108 over the web using Safari. After several hours of trying, I contacted Technical Support. They tried everything including factory reset and couldn't get it to work. Finally we downloaded Firefox and viola, it worked. Technical Support said they would elevate the issue to the proper department.

Hello radardude ,

On Mac safari is a supported browser. It might be that the plugins for the NVR was somehow disabled in Safari.
