Restarted DVR and now lost picture
I restarted my DVR (960h) and now lost picture on every camera. Both the TV and the Phone app show just Black screens for each camera.

Hello buytires,
Please try the below settings.
Go to settngs > System > General and Change the Video standard to NTSC from PAL and reboot the DVR.
If this does not help, also try doing a factory reset under system settings.
Finally check to see if cameras are receiving power as the power supply might have gone bad. Cover the camera lense area with palm and see if you can see the red glow from LED lights
