Resetting Date and Time formats

Something strange going on and starting to upset me lol...

So i go in and change all my dates back to m-d-y and 12hr format... While I didn't pay much attention to that info I keep finding it back on year-month-day and 24hr. WTH is up with that...?

So I have my systems to change at different days and times when I am going to be awake LOL yeah ok like when am I not... Anyway I wanted to see if they all changed or just a few... Now all of them are done with the Weekly Reboot and with that Every one I have on has changed to that format GRRRR..

My Brand N is still on the right time after its weekly Reboot... I don't uderstand why this is happening... This isn't just new FW that I am working with so this must not be something new...

CVI DVR,
3 IP2M-841 one on new FW 2 on 2.250 and even my IPM-751 everyone of them changed after the Weekly Reboot While it isn't that hard to change. I just don't like having to... Also 2 are on my Brand N DVR and 2 are on the CVI unit so it can't be a Unit setting that is changing them seeing 751 and one of the 841 is on a unit that the time and date format is the way I want it...

Anyone know of a API command that could save date format that isn't going to get reset after every reset?
