Remote live view from I phone
I have put one of these in a customers house. It worked for a few days no problems. Then it stopped working off their home network. She can cycle the powerful and it will work for a day. Then it goes back to not being able to view off site. When she gets back on the home network it works again.

Sounds like the original IP address you used has changed. She needs a static IP.

Hello taylormade,
So it always works on home wifi but intermittently on remote? One reason is if the cellular network connection is poor, it might cause the issue. ON the phone app, when you get the live view, there is an option to switch between HD mode and SD. Try putting the cam on SD mode on the phone app.
