Hello Everyone,
This is my first post, getting a little frustrated with support on this issue. I reached out to support by "submitting a ticket" over a week ago and I have not heard anything back on this issue. I am hoping someone here can help. I have two IP8M-2493EW IP cameras bought at the same time, being powered with PoE. One of which operates with no issues. The other randomly will decide to run in mirrored mode. While this isn't the worst issue in the world as it's easily solved, it still should not have this issue. This must be a hardware/software issue as my other camera does not do this at all.
I am running the latest firmware on both cameras:
Software Version: V2.622.00AC000.0.R
WEB Version: V3.2.1.677800
ONVIF: 16.12(V2.4.3.651299)
Any help with this issue would be much appreciated.
Random Mirror Mode enable (IP8M-2493EW)

Hello and welcome to the Forum
Sorry to hear about the issues...
While I don't know how that it could be doing what you have mentioned I am going to guess that maybe you have been told to try a Factory Reset on your non working Camera? If not I would try this now... Things become happy at times after Resets...
So to do a Factory reset you will need to open the camera and in on the MB there should be a button in there if there is no button look on the MB for 2 pens that says Reset next to it.. You will need to short out the 2 pins.. However I think your camera has the button.. This is not a short time reset it can take upto 45 seconds for it to start the Reset process..
