Purchased 4 each QCAM QSD-722 hidden cameras in February. Two will not record in custom mode. I think this was due to using a data/charge cable instead of the factory charge only cable to plug into PC USB.
Is it necessary to reset the system, and if so are instructions somewhere? I have powered off and on several times, same result. I see a small hole in the chassis base marked RESET, but am reluctant to just stick something in there. I have a help ticket in, but no detailed reply. New to this, so probably just need to talk with someone that already knows how to make all the mistakes.
