Push notifications and region settings

I have 4 Amcrest IP2M-841 ProHD 1080P (1920TVL) Wireless WiFi IP Camera. I am using the android App, trying to configure push notifications for motion detect. It seems that the push notifications doesnt use the region settings or sensitivity I configure through the app in the configuration center. I uses, although, the schedule. Is there any way to achieve that the push notifications use tha region and sensitivity settings?
