PTZ not working on amcrest app

I just installed a IP4M-1028EB and connected the video to the app on my iphone and notice the PTZ does not work. I will click the PTZ button and it shows me the arrows to adjust and such on the screen, as with my other cameras but the lenses does not change position or move. Is that an ominous sign or should this be working? I don't want to spend hours troubleshooting if it is supposed to just work. Is there something I got to do first? I have it connected using p2p on my iphone8.

That camera does not have motorized PTZ. Manual pan/tilt via hand only.
