ProHD on Google OnHub
Anyone had any luck on installing the Amcrest IP2M-841 ProHD 1080P with a Google OnHub TP-Link router? I've tried both the "WiFi Configuration Setup" and the "Ethernet WiFi Setup" with no luck. On of the camera won't connect at all, the other says the connections was successful but it's not really connected to the network.

Please try hard resetting the camera. For this, you need to press and hold the indicator light on the back of the camera for 10 - 15 seconds. The light will turn red and the camera will do its initial pan/tilt after this. You need to set up the camera once again after this as it will reset all the settings.
Connect the cam to router with Ethernet cable and try to set it up from the web interface of the camera through PC if possible.Please give us a call in case you are still facing issues.
