ProHD Notification still on when I turned them off in Events

I have the ProHD camera on a schedule where it detects motion for 24 hours/day. However, after I toggled off the Notification email in the Events/Motion Detection and Events/Sound Detection dialogs, I am still getting emails and notification alerts. The notification alert appears on my Iphone while email goes to my default account. is there another setting that I also need to turn off to stop the alerts/emails? Why doesn't the Events/* dialogue turn if off? I'm confused.
