Recently, I bought the IPM-723S camera and installed it at the entrance of my apartment. I was very happy for the quality of the image and the performance of the camera. However, I noticed that the video is delayed or stopped when it receives a change in brightness. Therefore, I want to know if there is a way to avoid this delay in the video. I was trying to fix it, disabling some features of the camera, but it has not worked.

Not sure if this will help-, but you might enable HLC mode. There is a discussion of HLC, WDR and BLC here
The option to select HLC is in the Amcrest IP Config program. Unfortunately, it is not in Surveillance Pro nor in BlueIris. HIghlight compensation (HLC) corrects for glare introduced by passing cars or lights that suddenly turn on.
