Problem with two-way audio on Amcrest ProHD IP2M-841B

I purchased a Amcrest ProHD IP2M-841B on amazon,
but it's impossibile activate two-way audio because echo...

at the first time power on, i upgrade with last firmware... and i don't know if with past firmware
there was this problem...

if the problem not resolve, i think return it to amazon...

i forgot... the firmware used to upgrade is : V2.420.AC00.15.R 9/8/2016 ..... is correct?

Hello Denab,

Please keep the camera away from other electronic equipment's to avoid feedback. Also if the phone is closer to the camera, it might face this issue. Enable only either mic or the speaker at a time. Also try adjusting the MIC volume from cameras web interface on a pc by going to setup> Camera > Audio.
