I've used the IP config software frequently in the past but now it no longer can find any of my camera's on line. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Cameras are all working and visible. They were set up using the serial numbers via the WiFi Ethernet setup. All visible in View Pro.

Problem with IP config software
Re: Problem with IP config software
I will take a Guess here...
Do you know what Range your IP's are in? When you bring up IP Config, on the top right click on Setup, then put in the IP range your in. Like mine is 10.0.0.1 on this computer and router so I put in that and then 255 as number of Ips to search in and any of the cameras in this router come up... If your IP range is say 10.0.0.1 and you only search 50 it might not get them if they are in 192... So best to put for numbers to scan as high as you can I do 255 and all cameras come up and DVR's I have of Amcrest no Systems that belongs to another come up only Amcrest...
