Previous firmware (16R) for IP2M-841W

Hi there,

Since the upgrade with the latest firmware (AWXX_Eng_N_V2.420.AC00.17.R.20170322) I issued invalid video recording : on video motion, the created mp4 stored on my FTP server is stragely small (always between 1Mb to 2mb) and record only 4 seconds (3 seconds stuck on the first frame, then stop)
Hence no image on the video, duration always <4s (in despite of the 10s record delay and 10s relay-out)

Where can I download the previous firmware ?

Did you hard reset the camera after firmware update? Please try that if not done already.

Hello couak,

Press and hold the indicator light on the back of the camera for 10 - 15 seconds. The light will turn red and the camera will do its initial pan/tilt after this. You need to set up the camera once again after this as it will reset all the settings.
