Power issues

I have a IP2M-841 that has been working fine until now. It gets intermittent power when I plug in the power cord. If I move the camera around, it crackles, and gets power. If I move it again, it crackles and stops getting power. It seems like there is a lose connection somewhere. Does anyone else have this problem?

Have you tried using a different power outlet to see if the issue persists? If it does it could be a bad power supply and you can try replacing it. Please contact our RMA team by filling the form at amcrest.com/rma
