I am trying to enable remote access to my ProHD camera. My home router is an Arris/Motorola NVG510 (AT&T uVerse). My router does NOT support UPnP.
I forwarded the TCP, UDP, and HTTP ports as described in the manual and video. When I access my camera via the router's external IP address, it displays only a partial page, with most of the images missing. See the attached screenshot file.
Has anyone seen this before? It is clear that some data is travelling between my remote PC and my camera, but much of the data is missing and/or timing out.
Thanks for the help!

Did you add the port number after the IP address?
What browser is that? Can't tell as I am viewing this on my phone.

Re: Port Forwarding displays partial page
I left the HTTP port at its default 80 as it was not in use. My screen shot is with Chrome for OS X, but the same thing happens when I use Safari with the plug-in installed.

Hello davelasker,
A few things that you can try;
1) Change the http port on the device and set up port forwarding for that port. Access with the IP:http port.
2) Try rebooting the router.
3) make sure the network upload bandwidth is adequate.
4) Try using a different router as the DHCP server and have the AT&T router pass-through the public IP to the new router.

I haven't had good luck with chrome or safari. FYI. I would definitely change the port to something other than 80 or 8080 or some other common port as you will have problems.

Re: Port Forwarding displays partial page
Actually it is working!
If I try and access my router's WAN port from the LAN side of the router, I get the problem. It takes a few minutes to download my camera's home page. I think I am missing data because the HTTP transfer is timing out.
But if I access my router's WAN port from a PC not on my LAN, then it works fine. DDNS is also working.
Thanks to all who helped!
