Poor Performance after firmware update IP2M-841

I have three IP2M-841 cameras and updated each to V2.420.AC00.18.R. I first updated the firmware, factory reset the devices and then manually configured my settings. All three have the same settings. Two of the cameras are wired and one is wireless. I am noticing on all three, however, that the live view skips frames on videos and the audio also sometimes skips. This happens with both the main and sub streams. It happens if I am accessing via the android app, on my wired computer via a browser or with the chrome app. Sometimes the performance is so poor that I cannot get the video to even load or a login to complete. I do have the cameras to reboot weekly, but that does not seem to help. Before the update all three cameras worked without issue.

is this a known issue with this update?
