PoE with Ultra HD IP3M-941

Hi, I know that the IP3M-941 is not a PoE camera, but I have a PoE switch. I am aware that there are splitters that can be used at the camera end to separate power from signal. My question is that the camera power supply is rated at 5V and PoE switches are much higher. WIll this work? I am using Zyxel GS1900-8HP PoE switch.

Please take a look at the splitter from Amcrest. THis allows you to switch between output voltages 12 and 5.
