POE Setup on iPhone, not on iPad

Using the Amcrest View Pro app I was able to set up a new (replacement) POE camera on my iPhone. I am unable to set it up on my iPad. When I click on device manager and click the + sign, there is no list of choices like there was on my iPhone (click on POE, Etc.). I even tried to copy a device already connected to my internet. I tried to add a device with serial number, etc. I get the “can’t connect error.”
