I am using the desktop app for the 960h and can't find the fast forward feature in the playback section. I only see 3 buttons, Play, Stop and Single Frame Forwards. Can you help me add more buttons for playback? Thank you!

In the dektop app (960H smart client), unfortunately there is no option to fast forward. However, directly from the DVR (connected to a monitor), you can fast forward the videos.
