Live view works okay, but it will not playback recorded videos via the local view web plugin or cloud. In the local view all it shows is a crossed out camera icon (see attached screenshot).
I know videos are being recorded because my SD card fills up and if I remove the card and view it on my computer directly I can see many DAV files which can be opened in the Smart Play software. I can also download the dav files directly view the local web view, but not mp4 files.
I've tried multiple browsers, a different computer, a different OS (win7 and Win10), a different SD card, recording to FTP, nothing has made a difference.
Any suggestions?

Hello,
Please try mozilla firefox then 'Run as administrator' and see if that works.

Performing a factory reset fixed it.

@Cortex how did you get your FTP to work? Would you please share your configuration. I have a Raspberry PI running as an FTP Server, I can access from any of my computers MAC and Windows; However, when I set up storage on the PROD HD to my FTP server, put credentials and everything, it does not seem to work. I will really appreciate your help.
Thanks
Thanks

@Fabre, did you get your Raspberry Pi working? I'm trying the same thing and my ProHD camera is logging in and out every 5 seconds. But doesn't upload anything. I can use FileZilla and command line ftp into the RP and it works fine. I can upload to my web server and that works. But no RP.fabre wrote:@Cortex how did you get your FTP to work?
