I can connect to my cameras with the computers in my house using the LAN selection with my admin user name and password. If I try to connect remotely from work or with my laptop from anywhere else using WAN a pop up box says "invalid password (4) tries left. If I try it 4 or more times it locks the account for 20 minutes.
Also if I create another user type account it will only work connecting via LAN. If a connection is tried using WAN it says "the account does not exist".
What is going on ? Need help !
