Hi. Have you guys tried using Home Assistant? I hear there's an adapter from HA to Amcrest Link. I just purchased the Window Cam and am disappointed that I cannot connect it to my Amcrest NVR... but I've read that Home Assistant can connect to Amcrest Link devices, though I'm not sure what route it takes (direct connect vs. through the Amcrest Link online service). I plan on setting up a Home Assistant server in the next few weeks (just need to find time).
