ONVIF camera not showing on preview

I have the QCAM NVR (4x3mp POE cameras) and while all the Amcrest devices are working fine, I'm having problems with a Pan & Tilt camera from Avacom. It's ONVIF compliant, and it's automatically recognized by the NVR, and after modifying the password, it shows "Previewing" in the status page. But I get no video on my console. If I connect to the camera via HTTP, I can see video just fine.

The Avacom camera is plugged into my home network (Cisco 3750 switch) and the same switch that the QCAM NVR is connected to. My POE cameras are all directly connected to the NVR.

Any ideas? I was looking to see if there was a list of cameras compatible or tested with the QCAM NVR, but couldn't find one.

That's quite impressive to have a Cisco 3750 switch in a home network.
I have two stacks of them in my place of work (police station / 911 emergency dispatch call center)
