Older cameras event start and end emails anyway to start

Hello all, So I have a Camera from long ago that I still use, I have been using it on my POE NVR so it hasn't been connected to the internet. However I have it in a different location so I have it connected to my POE+ Switch at that location and I remember after it started sending me emails why I didn't like it to send emails.

When it sends an event either IVS, Motion, or any alarm I get 2 emails per alarm event one for the start and one for the end. Seeing this camera normally is on POE NVR I haven't had to deal with that and never really looked at a way to turn off the End event email?

Is there maybe a CGI from years ago that could disable the End Event Emails?

I did run the CGI for the config. I see there is something that says Attachment only that is False and I don't see a way to make that true and if that would send my the attachment email only the End one I get don't have any images only the start of the event emails.
