nvr remote login issue

when logging into nvr 4108 remotely I get my routers login splash screen. Amcrest support told me to contact ISP and have them open ports 8090 and 37777. They said they can't cause it's not their router. What next? Thanks!

Is it your router? If so, you can set the port forwarding yourself. Exactly how depends on the brand and model of the router.
