I have a brand new NV4108E POE NVR and four IP2M-844EW 2mp cameras. I have everything configured and working but the snapshots are delayed from being taken for 10 to 15 seconds after motion is detected so in most cases whatever caused the motion is long gone.
It is not a motion, sensitivity or threshold setting because if I walk up my sidewalk to my front door, the NVR begins recording when I come in view and I get the push alert from the Amcrest view app on my phone at the same time that motion is detected.
When I get the snapshot email, I can look at the timestamp of the photo and it is 10-15 seconds after the motion occurred and I have already walked past the camera.
I have had 4 tech's remote into my computer and reset and change everything but nothing works. I have been told that I need to speak to a senior technician but I have been trying to get one to call for over a week.
Any ideas???

Hello rfalgout ,
Have you tried lowering the interval in Email settings? Also the anti Dither value in Event > Video Detection settings can be lowered to give it a try. Also try the record delay option on Event > Video Detection settings
